Kenneth was born and raised in south Louisiana, but he has also lived in Austin TX, Washington DC, and Baltimore MD. He now lives in New Orleans with his wife and stepson. He has an M.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Ph.D. in English from Tulane University. His fiction and poetry have been published in seems, THAT, Soundings East, and Litro Online.
In addition to writing and reading, Kenneth’s interests include classical and jazz guitar, Italian and other languages, and drawing and painting. He sporadically learns bits of random skills such as lockpicking, sometimes when researching characters but often just for fun.
